Daniella M was excellent! She explained and listened to me (patient) and my husband! My issue and the reason for 3 stars was the appointment timing. My first appointment was at 10:15am which took 45 minutes. 2nd appointment with doc was 1pm, 1 45 minutes later. Then doctor Snow sent a referral for vestibular PT on 1/7 but by 1/9 St Luke's Hearing and Balance had Not received the referral from Doctor Snow? I was hoping to start my PT early week of 1/12.
I was supposed to get help with my sinuses. The doctor seemed only interested in surgery. He did not even attempt to try anything else first. We did end up scheduling surgery. The day of surgery he told me as I was on I would not be getting quality medication to help me sleep afterwards during recovery essentially putting me into a state of suffering for an undetermined amount of time. Great communication from this clinic staff. Registration/appointment process was a breeze. The audiologist was very kind and did a great job explaining the results of my exam and giving me therapy options to help with my complaint.
The young woman that helped me with the testing is outstanding. ( 5 ) stars. Took her time to explain what she was doing and showed me the results. Extremely professional and caring. Keep up the amazing service.
The audiologist (Daniella) was professional, kind and explained everything very well. A great experience with a true professional.
