I always have a great visit with the ST. Alphonsus staff when I come in for my Appointments. I see Carl Steinmann,PA.C. he is understanding, takes time to listen, looks up previous visits, medication s ect.. really seems to know his patients well,and suggest many different ways to handle a health situation. Dennis is a fantastic nurse who explains what my instructions are, where im going next, gives shots with ease, i just love her upbeat attitude even when i know shes had a tuff day. Doctor K Ward was amazing he’s super attentive and kind. He explained everything so clearly so I could understand. He went above and beyond. I have a different doctor right now and I’m seriously thinking about changing to Doctor Ward. Also a girl in the lab down en the ED her name Jenifer was so gentle with my labs I didn’t even feel pain and I’m sensitive to needles. I give them both a shinning star.
The staff here is amazing. I have never been to a Doctor’s office and walked out feeling like they cared until I came here. Thank you for making me feel heard.
As always Dr Buxton took care of my medical needs. His staff was kind and considerate, caring. The front desk could be more cheerful and maybe even stand up once in a while.
