This visit I was treated respectfully, with staff always near by. All my needs were met. Grateful having mostly Christians on my team. Diego in kitchen is extraordinary and loves that people appreciate the food, I did. On Telemetry Nurse Richard should be honored for he went over and beyond, and the female nurse on my care she is new graduate and I'm proud as a retired nurse always by the book and very prepared her I request if all you can do is say, great work and we are proud of you. I am very pleased with my St. Als on 1/26/26. Dr. Johnson listens to concerns and works great as a member of my care team. (His MA, sorry, not sure if the spelling of her name) Dixie, the lab gal and the front gals are always efficient, kind and great customer service. Thanks to all of you.
Assistant very kind. Showed sincere interest in my concerns. The doctor very knowledgeable, genuine, and took time to cover and address all my concerns. Gave options. I could talk easily and felt I was listened to fully.
The best Family Medicine Center in Boise! Kind, courteous employees and nursing staff. The best doctors! Dr. Southard is a gem! Kind. Compassionate. Knowledgeable. Funny. It makes for a reassuring atmosphere.
The St. Alphonsus Medical Group is so concerned that my primary physician will give me too much medical care during my annual physical that they forced me to sign an agreement that I understood the need to bill me for more money if I stepped outside the “physical” box. I can’t get a basic visit with my doctor within six weeks due to the overbooking and limited number of doctors available. It is unbelievable.
