Every doctor, nurse and attendant were wonderful and made me feel comfortable even while sick. One nurse in particular, Alex (I think this was his name), went beyond in making me feel better. He was wonderful. Everything, but the food, was outstanding.
Dr Ball provided professional and compassionate care equal to none. She took time to prepare, then to listen to understand my concerns, responding with wisdom and empathy. I feel blessed to be under her care.
Its gotten worse over the last 5 years, we have taken all four of our children to this pediatric facility but would not recommend it moving forward. First , very Unfriendly front desk staff. Second why on earth do you have a pediatric facility mixed with urgent care?! Youre bringing NEW BORN babies around potentially very sick people in the same room! They goofed and didn’t check me in correctly, so other patients were called back before me and they got there after I did. However the PSR owned the mistake and came over to me and apologized. I think that is a person showing Saint Alphonsus values. I appreciate that, Dr Perkins was great personable friendly professional, and knowledgeable. I’m glad she is my provider.
I have been going to the clinic for several years now. I really appreciate the fact that when I have an appointment The check-in process is very quick and I'm not waiting in the lobby for long periods of time waiting to see the doctor. All of the support staff are very friendly.
