Dr Andersen is amazing. Very refreshing to have a Dr take time to talk things through and focus on health and wellbeing through vitamins and supplements instead of just prescribing something and kicking you out the door. Will be my Doctor for as long as he is around. Thanks to the whole team!
The staff & MA's are very nice & respectful. Dr. Mendenhall is the best family MD I've ever had. He listens well/asks questions /gives ideas & recommendations for treatment. He also has a good humour spot which is refreshing. He's also respectful. Highly liked.
I had a really nice experience meeting Dr. Emily Dickerson. She really listened to me, which I greatly appreciated. She is also very caring and kind. I'm glad I got to meet her and now have her as my family physician. 🙂 I have had another visit with Dr. Emily Dickerson and I was impressed with her and her bedside manner once again. She is an excellent caring doctor, and I appreciate her so very much.
My adult disabled Daughter had an appointment and was turned away even though I called. I informed them that I would be 5 to 8 min late was told it would be fine. But due to traffic and the fact that I had to drive for an hour (I work 8 to 4 everyday mind you). I walked in the door 10 min after. I know the whole you "scheduled a time" but they are so backed up you take whatever you can get and try to make it work. I was told I could reschedule and wait how many months? No thank you. They always do great job. Smiles on employees faces is a plus when I go in to a place of business. People not there because they want to be . Smiles always makes things better.
