Friendly and courteous staff at front desk. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable nurse to check me prior to PA visit. Very good discussion with PA concerning my health concerns along with his recommendations for treatment. Overall very good experience.
I've never had a bad experience here, from the moment I walk through the front doors, the girls at the front desk are extremely nice and helpful, I always get right in to a room, Amy the assistant for Trent Hart is so friendly, she always greets me with a smile and her kind and caring words make me feel like I'm with people who care. Couldn't see my doctor in the Kuna location. Rescheduled for the Meridian location. They said I was part of their clinic and canceled my appoint making me go to the urgent care that costs more. If I'm part of their "system", shouldn't I be able to go to ANY location?! Pissed off as hell.
Closed the urgent care down, switched the way they let doctors doctor their patients, and push for refusals to their other officiated offices for more $$. Time per patient is limited, and they push referrals on you and won’t listen to your concerns. My 4 kids were patients here till they switched up their regulations and their care declined rapidly. I have been coming to the Kuna clinic for 2 years for my annual wellness exams. 2 years ago I "established care" with a provider, which required a separate appt from my wellness. Fair. The next year I come back and my old provider has left but they have a "floating provider" who can help me. I wasn't told I needed to re-establish care with this floater, and was able to do my wellness exam.
