Great staff, always pleasant and helpful. Dr Mason is the best. So knowledgeable and when you are his patient, he has your full attention. He listens and responds with knowledge and care. Thank you for a great Team of caregivers!
Dr.Hainey was so kind and took her time with me, as I was a first time patient. She explained a lot of details about my medications I never knew. The two who checked me in were friendly & helpful. The two nurses were kind and explained questions in detail. I am so glad I chose Trinity.
Unfortunately I had no PCP with changes to Medicare, so went hoping for a good experience. Was very pleased with my contact and time with Dr Linda Haney. Was very thorough and very helpful working through needed referrals. I now have a PCP that I'm very comfortable and confident with.
Doctor Mason and the staff at Saint Alphonsus in Star are very helpful and efficient. I was called in shortly after checking in. The Nurse took my vitals and asked questions. I met with the Doctor and he was very courteous and attentive. He spent considerable time with me and then ordered blood work and an EKG.
