I visited twice, staff were very nice both times. Dr. Nizzi was great, but dr. Snow not so much. It seemed if he was ready to get rid of me as fast as he could unlike Dr. Nizzi who took time to find out exactly what the issue was.
I was very well taken care of by the entire staff while I was hospitalized for four days. The 4th floor nursing staff just absolutely killed it. I am very thankful for all of you!
Went in to get my gallbladder removed. I scheduled a date. When I arrived I waited 6 hours past my scheduled time with no update from the staff. After surgery I was informed that they were not fully prepared for the surgery and I would have to be transferred to boise to be re-opened and have it done. I was stuck with the bill for the additional surgery, transportation fees and extended stay. If I would have know all this I would have saved myself thousands and just had the surgery in boise.
