Went to get ekg prior to surgery at 2:30pm and after being registered in one building, then having had to walk to a completely different building, was told they were done doing ekgs for the day. Zero explanation, why did they even register me just to send me on a wild goose chase? Not very user friendly at all.
The reception Were very mechanical and not very warm, but they were efficient. The medical assistant was very polite and helpful. Doctor McPeters is knowledgeable, and explains things to a patient in a way that they can understand.
