I’m giving 3 stars because although my issue was eventually resolved by Angie who is a referral receptionist, the overall experience has been stressful — especially while pregnant. When I contacted the ultrasound scheduling department to follow up on my referral, I was told they had “over 100+ referrals to input” and that I should call Valley Family again because they are too busy and it wasnt in my chart so she cant do anything. I can't help but wonder if this hospital is for beginner dictors or in-training doctors and nurses. Worst emergency room experience I've ever experienced. I'm truly shaken over how incompetent this crew was. I'm a bit afraid to take the prescriptions they gave me, not sure they knew what they were doing. The doctor wasn't sure if it was this or that. My wife and I had our first child here. From the very beginning all of the nurses were so supportive and helpful. They explained everything to us and were always asking us if we were comfortable with the plan. The delivery was smooth and the staff were so wonderful to work with! Thank you so much for all you did to help make our day so special.
The only time I ever had an issue here was during a shift change, which was a understandable human error. Otherwise each and every person I have interacted with in this hospital has been kind, professional, and empathic. This place gives great care to the absolute limits of their ability and it shows. When they lack the expertise, they help you cut through the fat to get to someone who knows. Both of my ER visits were met with compassion and speed. I had an amazing experience here. I had surgery 3 days ago. I was depressed and nervous, but everyone was very very nice to me and made my day! The only bad thing I can say... is I was going to make joke but the anesthesiologist put me to sleep before I did that.lol Joking aside, I am very grateful to them. Thank you so much to all the doctors and nurses who took care of me. I love them so much. Thank you so much again!
