My experience at St. Al's was pleasant and informative. I was particularly impressed with Dr. Crowded Nurse Andrea. They were both understanding and supportive!
Dr. Crow is a very personable physician and is always very easy to talk to. She listens to my concerns and always has a plan of care that she thinks is best for me. She also always has a future plan of care that addresses my needs. The receptionists are very kind and welcoming upon arriving at the clinic. If blood work is necessary, the lab techs are very kind and professional. I feel well taken care of at St. Al’s Oncology Clinic.
I was sick for many years and it worsened and I got deathly sick the last two yrs where I couldn’t even get out of bed to work and no answers through hematology or through primary physicians they just told me the hematologist said it could be something organic going on in my body while I go in there weak and crying begging for help and answers with my constant blood draws. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Made my visit comfortable and best provider who took the time to explain what I didn't understand.
Had an appointment at 9 am, I was told to get there a little early and I did, I checked in even had my new patient paperwork already filled out for them and then I proceeded to sit there for 45 minutes, your receptionist did not even check me in and she even tried to call me when I was sitting right there in front of her. I have had issues with the receptionists before this as well, when I tried to call to make an appointment i had to wait a week for insurance to approve it and was waiting for a call from them, the next week... read more
