I usually don’t write bad reviews, but my experience today left me frustrated and hurt. The staff was unprofessional, cold, and completely lacking empathy. It felt like they didn’t care about me—or my health—at all. I even met another patient facing the same issues, and while they were kind, the neurology staff still treated the situation like it didn’t matter. They really deserve 0 stars. Needing to see a neurologist here soon within the next week or two. Lady said had none available in those options and then goes on and offers me an appointment for December 10th. WHERE DOES THAT HELP ME, ITS STATED IN THE ORDERS TO BE DONE ASAP AND THERES NO CARE FROM ANYONE HERE. The check-in staff was not personable. But Dr Block was great, and check-out staff was friendly and helpful.
Don't bother. My doctor referred me here and they denied the referral. I called to ask why and the receptionist was beyond rude and wouldn't even tell me why they denied me. Terrible patient care. Go to st. Luke's
I wish I would have read the reviews. They are coding to make money and don’t care about your care. I saw a provider there. She was ok. She felt like I needed an MRI, which I knew and it had been denied from a previous provider. She felt that she could provide good documentation. It was denied again. I got a bill from a 3rd party and she billed for the highest level when I wasn’t severe.
