Dr. Squyer is the absolute best and her care team is up there with her. You would have a very hard time finding a more welcoming and compassionate team of healthcare professionals.

Nurses were great but the Doctor was horrible. She told me I was stupid for going there and not a different urgent care. Mocked me for moving to Boise, which was weird and unrelated. Told her I had immense back and shoulder pain from an accident involving a box weighing several hundred pounds being shoved into my back. She checked my legs and told me I was fine and to get out. Been months and I’m still in pain. I have never been treated so horribly by a medical professional. Will never be going to a Saint Alphonsus again.

My family and I were at my daughter’s pediatrician and were told to come over here for an X-ray so we headed here straight away. We arrived at 4:15pm on 08/22/24 and were the only ones in the waiting room. We sat there until 5pm before getting a room and being told her insurance might not cover it since we were just seen at the pediatrician. They also said there’s not much they’re going to be able to do and that we need to see a spine specialist and get that referral from the pediatrician. It was a complete waste of time! The orthopedic team always takes great care of my family and I. I twisted my knee and a week later already seeing so much improvement. And PT called to schedule within just a few days. The AT and Provider were both so kind and would highly recommend them!

I had a very pleasant experience. The entire staff was pleasant and professional. Patient care is a #1 priority to me and I consider all of them exceptional! I would recommend this facility to my family and friends without reservation! The best of the best!!!
