I shouldn't have to bring my daughter in every month to have questions answered about her medication. They also cut off her medication early so she came off too fast. Staff is polite, but I feel like the doctor is too busy to provide her what she needs, and not terribly understanding regarding the challenges we face.

Dr. Christie Julian is an amazing physician. She takes time to listen and truly cares about her patients. Not only that, she takes the time to let you know how grateful she is that you chose her to care for your child. Her support staff of nurses and office clerks provide such a great experience that I will never seek another provider.

A little disappointed, I would have really liked to meet or speak with a pediatrician prior to delivery to know if this is the right clinic for our family. This is certainly not the most convenient option so driving 45-55 minutes with a brand newborn to see a doctor for the first time we may not even like is not ideal...They were at least nice and friendly on the phone and I do understand it is their policy- I just feel like the running theme with this hospital is, "well I guess I'll Google my questions." I found this office when we moved to the area 12 years ago, and were lucky enough to see Dr. Kiehl. We have since moved across the valley, but we don't care! We'll drive 45 minutes to continue to see Dr. Kiehl. We've never had any problems with him or the office staff, despite our having some difficult situations to deal with.
