I asked my GP for a referral in early July. I was referred to Katrina Merrill at the Meridian St. Al's. In August, I called find out when I could get an appointment. I was told that a committee had to meet to review my records and I would be given an appointment after that meeting. Here it is October and I still hadn't heard anything from them. I called again, and talked to a phone operator who took a lot of information from me and then forwarded my call to the "Referral Coordinator" for the facility. I got a recorded ... read more

Sleep medicine is not the ER so I understand it will take some time to get an appointment. It took over 3 months and then I was canceled the day of without an offer to switch to another provider. I finally make it in and I'm met with indifference and even disdain with the quote: "do you even want to do this"? since they thought I was an insurance client. Tina is absolutely unprofessional at her job. She’s scared of “hippa” policies and her “job” which she left the most pathetic voicemail on my so called not secured voicemail, yet I’ve approved for all information to be left there. It’s my 6 year old, if you’re calling about him, tell me and I’ll call you back. He doesn’t have a phone or can’t make medical decisions on his own yet TINA. THANKS! Work with anyone else to schedule.
The staff here are always great. They get back to me when I just have a quick question and if they don’t have the answer, they will find out and call you back.
