Professional staff and good care with not too long a wait time. I do wish checking in were more private. Every one in the waiting room can hear everything - date of birth, address, what’s brought a person in. There’s no privacy at check in at all, despite so much language about privacy and confidentiality in health care overall.
Quick and professional place to go for non-emergency medical treatment. Horrible at rX’s and response times! I’ve been waiting for a different RX for over two days! Then they write the RX wrong to the pharmacy! Can’t reach any staff to correct it!!! They have now corrected the issue and made good on their services. I would go back as they fulfill their duties.
Front desk and nurse/MA were top notch. The NP who treated me did not know I am a fellow nurse. She made me feel as though my condition, an ear infection, was somehow my fault. No exam of my neck, throat or sinuses, no auscultation of my chest/heart. Affordable oral antibiotics were not prescribed, instead, an 83 dollar 7.5ml bottle of drops were prescribed instead. Discharge instructions were handed to me with only one foot in the door .
I am highly disappointed in the lack of professionalism and duty of care at this location. During my visit, I witnessed staff members discussing other patients' private medical information loudly in public hallways, which is a significant privacy concern. The clinical experience was equally poor. The NP provider sat down and immediately informed me she did not need to ask any questions. The wait time, was surprising short for an urgent care facility. I appreciate that I was told at check-in what the estimated wait time would be. Everyone i saw at the clinic, from check-in to doctor were personable and caring
