First one in on a Saturday morning and out by nine! Was diagnosed perfectly and two days later I am almost back to normal!! Friendly staff and very courteous. My provider actually listened to me and gave me choices!
It was a speedy visit, so that was nice. However, when you tell me that I'm probably having an allergic reaction, and that it isn't likely to be the liver because I don't drink, I really wish you would have listened more. I ended up going yo the ER. Telling me not to itch and just keep my hands at my side was absolutely not helpful, and it felt dismissive. I know I'm not a doctor, but when I said my research stated it was likely cholestatic itch due to liver issues, I wish it would have been take more seriously. I felt like ... read more
Receptionist was very friendly and efficient. Nurse, Sam was knowledgeable and very helpful when he checked my vitals and symptoms. PA was sympathetic and thorough with my ear, sinus infection.
Staff was honest with wait time and courteous to everyone. Waiting area was clean and offered hand sanitizer, masks and Kleenex. Provider was thorough and took her time explaining everything. I would definitely recommend this clinic.
I was seen shortly after I arrived. Received my referral notice a couple of days later. Very pleased with overall experience.
