Everyone was sooo nice. The receptionist was sweet and empathetic. The doctor really cared about my eye and gave me the best treatment. He asked questions to make sure to diagnose it properly and gave me prescriptions to address the infection. I felt very well cared for. Thank you!!
Wonderful Urgent Care facility. The staff was awesome. Caring, patient and totally on their game. Couldn’t be more impressed. First time visit. Good to know they’re close by in time of need! Check in process was prompt and easy. Minimal wait time. Only 2 people in front of me. Recommend this facility.
I came in on sat was seen and left with a treatment plan. The prescription was never called in I had to calm back the next day. But it seams no notes where made in the chart. I had to return to the office and see a different doctor and he came up with a different plan. At one point durning this second cost the doctor stated he thought it was Covid but did not want to do a Covid test? I went to the Urgent Care in Star on both the 27th & 29th of October 2025 telling them and being admitted as a VETERAN. They billed me $50 for the second having asked me to come in for a second time. I have private insurance, but I am entitled to two URGENT CARE visits a year through and payable by the VETERANS ADMINISTRATION. Whoever handled the billing on the 27th got it right. Such a great experience! I’ve been in with my kiddos a couple times and last night was my turn. All the staff were so kind and compassionate! The PA I saw was wonderful! She immediately knew what I had and prescribed the medication I needed. They got me in and out so quickly and were wonderful!!
