I received exceptional care from the Visiting Nurses,; Hillary who did my evaluation and first visit; Kerry who was my Visiting Nurse for the next two weeks. Steve was my physical therapist. They all helped with my in home care, they were easy to talk to and I felt comfortable. Always explaining everything to me and listening to me. Beth Dally is the best therapist in the world. She’s been my therapist since 2024 and I had to get a new therapist. And I was given Beth my family was happy. They said dad who do you got? I said I don’t know then they all said they hope it’s Beth. I couldn’t remember who Beth was because I had a TBI. Our visiting nurse, Kerry Fulton, provided outstanding care for my mom after her surgery. Even though my mom doesn't speak English, Kerry quickly built trust, was patient, compassionate, and made sure all her needs were met. She coordinated seamlessly with the care team, demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and truly patient-centered care.
We are currently using St Francis for my husband who had a stroke 2 1/2 years ago and most recently fractured his hip. They are awesome in everything they do from nursing to Therapy. They are all very caring and knowledgeable in their respective fields. Would not use any other in home service. We used them 2 1/2 years ago and am using them now.
Thank you Saint Francis At Home. Our Visiting Nurse, Kerry, was excellent in her medical care of my husband. She helped us to understand the cardiac diet after Cardiac Bypass Surgery and the affect on his arteries. For me, she gave confidence to care for my husband at home and to know that I could call her with any concern that we had. She gave me peace of mind.
