It's been over a year trying to get a weight loss med for my husband because he has heart problems. They give us the run around and the Dr. Feeds us the same ole line every time we go. (I'll take care of it personally) Nobody follows through with anything I've had enough.
I’m sitting in the office currently. I made an appointment on the app this morning for 12:45. and ended up being 8 minutes late. I got here 5 minutes late and it took additional 3 minutes to get to check in. The guy at the front immediately tells me I can’t be seen and that there’s a note stating that since I was 8 minutes late I needed to reschedule for tomorrow. My experience with Saint Francis Hospital’s administration has been overwhelmingly frustrating due to a combination of unprofessionalism, lack of accountability, and poor patient care management. One of the most glaring issues is the failure to answer phone calls. Trying to reach the administrative office or scheduling department is a nightmare—calls frequently go unanswered, voicemails are ignored, and when someone does pick up, they often provide conflicting or incorrect information. I wish i could give 0 stars. Im sorry but i do not recommend this office to ANYONE! They dont listen at all and have you waiting around for information for days. I had to keep calling them for around a month just to get a prior authorization form sent to my insurance for my medication. And once again when it was time to refill i had to wait on them for over a week to give my insurance a call, and come to find out they never called. Unfortunately, this is the worst place I've been to the receptionist who sits the girls. They look at you mockingly and talk like no one. learn to be polite you're at work not a strip club no matter what spins I didn't come to look at your face
