EMs in bound from home Being placed on a wall for 10hrs near the exit with loading and unloading of guests while being triaged and freezing of an incoming storm my first recollections after that pretty much a blur until i finally got a room 2.5 days later. However Trinity staff amazing under circumstances. Thank you to joey and caitlyn nurses with shining hearts.💚
The new admitting ward that was just put together was inhumane,no privacy,no space, no outlets, doors opening to waiting room while my daughter is trying to help me use a bed pan people are walking through to exit and I was admitted at this time, was not offered a wash cloth or anything, the staff was great and was working with what they have but it was a awful experience!!! 😔

The wait wasn't excessively long, triage was done in a private room by 3 providers who had actually taken the time to review my medical records. I received a very thorough work-up. The nurse who put in my IV line and took blood for lab tests was an expert, quick and painless, something of a miracle since even the Red Cross has had problems with me. I was in a room with only 2 other patients, not stuck in a hallway on a bed. I received regular updates a... read more
