EMs in bound from home Being placed on a wall for 10hrs near the exit with loading and unloading of guests while being triaged and freezing of an incoming storm my first recollections after that pretty much a blur until i finally got a room 2.5 days later. However Trinity staff amazing under circumstances. Thank you to joey and caitlyn nurses with shining hearts.💚
I visited the ER twice during the week of February 23rd. Once led to a 3 day stay and the second was for 6 hours. I found the staff to be very friendly and attentive. The care I received was excellent, leading up to surgery for a cardiac stent. The only negative was the wait time. The first time I came in by ambulance and was put in a bed in the hallway for a few hours before being moved to a room in the East Wing. I came into Saint Francis feeling like I was dying mentally and physically! The emergency room staff are true heroes for what they deal with on a nightly basis. I saw this heroism first hand the way this team handles these irrational irate nasty physically and verbally abusive people that come through these doors. Is nothing short of a miracle a hub of professional people trying to help people at their best and worst. The doctors not discriminate or hesitate to help and to protect people like myself. Last visit several years ago it was an odyssey of hell, was petrified to return. Probably bec it was a heart concern I got phenomenal treatment. Everyone treated me was compassion and respect and gave great care. Was very pleased when released. Nice job to all !!
Amazed by how many medical devices are now brought by cart to the patient; in the past, the patient had to go to the device. Very competent Staff. Thank you Janet and Helena for coming in on Sunday to operate the endurance test. No breakfast, no lunch, lost 2 pounds, family doctor happy. Keep up the good work.
