The staff really needs to work on their phone etiquette .... When you ask someone how can i help you?.. Its best practice to let them finish a sentence before you interrupt them twice and ask another question. Then later... If they ask you a clarifying question regarding a prescription, you dont need to snap back at them and treat them like they are stupid for not seeing what you see on your screen. Dr. John Daly is an excellent physician with an outstanding bedside manner. He takes the time to listen and genuinely cares about his patients. He is a great addition to any practice.
I have been a patient here for several years, first as a patient of Dr Weaver. When he left, I tried another doctor but didn't care for them. Then in November of 2022 I had a pre-surgical appointment prior to my hip replacement surgery. This is the first time I met Dr Brooke Reichenbach and have been with her ever since. She's not only very friendly and a good listener, but has tested me for things my other doctor's never did. She may be young, but she's on the ball and knows her stuff! Thank you Brooke!
Dr. Penford has been my doctor for a couple of years now and she’s absolutely amazing. She’s caring she’s kind she’s patient she listens to what she had to say. Her bedside manner is absolutely wonderful. I would say one of the upcoming in contact with.
I had a very good experience. I’ve been here twice so far and both times was able to get right in which is a big plus. No long waits! I saw Brooke the PA who was great, she listened and asked all the right questions, made things very easy to understand, and had great manners too. The reception area was nice and clean with plenty of seating. The support staff is friendly. They have a very convenient app. I highly recommend going here.
