Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever been! NEVER seem to be able to see the same person when I go. I mean “person” because everyone I see there is literally in the first year of practicing!
Doctor never answers the phone , forgets to send my prescription for insulin . Im type 1 diabetic and no one seems to take that seriously here . If i could give 0 stars i would .
Zero stars! After my first visit I immediately switched to another provider! Not one of the receptionist were friendly. Their attitudes and the looks they gave when I needed simple questions answered were absurd! Even when calling in you can tell over the phone they do not value their job.Their tones are disgusting. None of them should work in a health care setting! I was 15 minutes early for my appointment and still waited 50 minutes to be seen. I had a doctor’s appointment here on 7/28 for a physical and to get my fmla paperwork filled out for my leave from work due to mental health. When the doctor came in to see me he never addressed the reason for me being there, neither did he check me or send me for blood work. After hearing about my issues I was going through he just scheduled me to come back in a month. In my 40 years doing physical this was by far the worst experience ever. Update.... made an appointment a little over a week ago for this Friday took the day off get a call todayTuesday stating the doctor will not be in Friday can you please reschedule ? Again don't they know the doctors schedule before making these appointments?? I would give them zero but I cannot. I've called to schedule an appointment and left on office in 15 minutes I call back and goes directly to voicemail they scheduled me for blood work and when I get there they only have one item checked out of about 15.
