Absolutely love this office. I have seen multiple drs here and love the service I receive. Everyone is so friendly and kind and quick to get me an appointment whenever I have a medical issue.
I am extremely satisfied with my experience with the Health Center. I have been a patient for a few years now. It's easy to get scheduled, check -in through the My Chart app, request Rx refills and more. Communication through the app is always fast and thorough. I had some back and forth calls today with Nancy regarding an Rx that has been on back order at my normal pharmacy and needing it moved to somewhere that could fill the Rx and accept the insurance was a bit of a challenge. UPDATE: Just a quick update to this review. We finally got ahold of someone and filed our complaint. Plus another incident has happened and we decided to switch to a different office for we are done dealing with rude staff. First let me start out saying Dr. Kim Mendez is the best!!! My family loves her but the staff who work upfront are the worse people I have ever had to deal with. They are so rude to us every time we come in. My family is on their financial assistance program and my kids have Medicaid. Every time we come... read more
We were there less than a minute and we were called back. The young lady the nurse was great she asked if we had any problems in the past with the vaccination. And we said no. And she proceeded with the shot and done. Didn't take long to get it.
Always great service. I showed up early for my appointment, and they had me in a room before my appointment time. Kimberley always listens to my concerns.
