I dont usually write about my experience but I have to mention Nurse Cayla . She is an amazing human being she was getting things for me before I even asked. This she did while being extremely busy. She is so attentive and considerate. No one likes being in the hospital 😪 sick. But if you are I hope that you come across this Nurse. Cayla the world is a better place because of you. THANK YOU. Excellent Care at St. Mary’s Hospital My experience at St. Mary’s Hospital was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with professionalism, kindness, and genuine compassion. The doctors, nurses, and staff took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit. I had the best experience. The nurses Linda, Blanca and Gladys from O’Brien 7, were very professional and attentive. I felt very well taken care of. The assistant Rauquel was extraordinary with her bedside manner. Overall I believe this floor deserves to be THE example of how all healthcare teams should function.
I was brought in through the ER Thurs. night and taken in quickly. The staff was very polite, helpful and seem to care about the patients concern. On fri. My Nurse Caley(I think that's her name) was excellent and did a great job of taking care of my patient needs. She is definitely a bonus plus to have her in your ER. The Dr. who came in to see me right before his shift ended Fri. @6:00 am didn't have to much information on me and not much to say.He asked me if I where to go home with this pain he would give me Tylenol.
