I had a great experience the staff that greet you were delight and cheerful. The nurse that checked me before my doctor was excellent and funny. My doctor was able to determine what I needed in the matter of moments. The visit itself overall positive, quick and pleasant.
I appreciated Dr. Borgusky's professional and kind demeanor. She took the time to listen and immediately contacted my other doctors and started workup. I underestimated the commute and timing, but the online resources made even my lack of preparation a minimal hurdle. Thank you

Trying to reach the front desk and nobody answers And that would be multiple times a day go in front desk is constantly chatting with each other and laughing rather than doing their job properly. Also tried getting a hold of the nurse to see my provider and she didn’t follow up on messages through my chart..
Had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment...( arm , shoulder, neck pain) for a back injury...saw them he was supposed to send in a order for pain meds ... didn't do it...I'm 70....I shouldn't have to wait a few days for Dr to hit a few buttons or until he get around to ok pain meds...IM PISSED 😡
