Trying to reach the front desk and nobody answers And that would be multiple times a day go in front desk is constantly chatting with each other and laughing rather than doing their job properly. Also tried getting a hold of the nurse to see my provider and she didn’t follow up on messages through my chart..
I have been a patient with this facility for many years and for many years they keep calling me obese. The biggest I’ve ever been was 230 pounds I am now 170 pounds and I am still being called obese because I’m short for one that chart does not fit me or people that look like me I am tired of them always talking about me being an obese never anything else is all your obese your obese they make me wanna look for a lawyer cause I am tired of it.
I was in the ER for at least 5hrs . I know what to expect going to hospital but when you go back there to get test done and see everyone standing around laughing and giggling it make you upset . Yes the hospital has done some improvements cause my woman that took me to get my MRI was absolutely amazing and also the doctor from the ER that came to speak to me was as well . Gotta do better with the time
The doctor was very straight forward you get the answers you need and they tell you what’s wrong if your testing is positive or negative and the visits was pleasant and they attend to you with care and concern. May I add my type of hospital
