I wasn’t sent a link for my first telephone appointment until 5:11. I joined the waiting room and Dr Faizi came on a few minutes later “You’re late”. “I’m sorry?” “Your appointment was at 5:00. It’s 5:15. You’re late.” You’re reprimanding me for something that’s your fault (with no apology when I told him what the issue was), and now I’m supposed to open up about my PTSD with you? I’m not sure Dr Faizi should have a job interacting with people at all, let alone dealing with mental health
This was my first time meeting with a Psychiatrist and he made me feel at ease and he was very professional.
