BEWARE! SALAZAR DOES NOT HONOR THEIR 5-YEAR LABOR WARRANTY ON ROOF DEFECTS/DAMAGES. I had a new roof put on by Salazar in 2019, after Hurricane Michael. I have had multiple issues with the roof in the past four years (I am currently still under my 5-year labor warranty). The first time, the roof was leaking clear through to our interior ceiling. Salazar roofing did an outstanding job from start to finish for my new roof installation. Anita and Larry can out immediately with a very fair quote. The owner came out to review the job prior to the start date to ensure their would be no issues. Throughout the project, Anita and Larry were always accessible to answer any questions that arose. The installers were very professional and worked extremely hard to complete the work on time. I highly recommend Salazar roofing.

We would recommend this company and here's why; we called 4 different roofing company's and left several messages. No one returned our call and Salazar actually picked up the phone when we called the first time. They came out fast with a good estimate, had the work done within 2 weeks. The gentlemen who did the work was skilled, did the job quickly, he didn't waist time on the job. We wish more company's would hire employee's like George. Thank you Salazar.

We highly recommend this roofing company. The experience starting with Larry Gravel and Anita Kitchens for the estimate, to the completed job was incredibly easy. We received quotes from 3 roofing companies, and decided to go with Salazar Roofing. Our roof is large, with a 12, 12 pitch. Salazar Roofing sent a 9 man crew, and whipped out a beautiful roof in 3 days! Professional and courteous, these men worked HARD and provided us with a QUALITY job. We can’t say enough good things about Salazar. Thank you gentlemen.

They responded quickly to my first call to get an estimate for roof replacement but didn't show up at the agreed to time slot. Unfortunately, no one was home and they didn't leave a note indicating they had shown up and left. We had to call to find out when they were coming since it was later afternoon by then. I had to call the estimator to get this information. Since they could not replace the flat roof because they don't have a roof tile expert I can't give a rating on workmanship. My neighbor did recommend them.
