Get directionsDon’t recommend this place to anyone with a loved one as my grandma was recently just there and was sent to the ER because she wasn’t acting right. She got to the ER and her sugar was 694 and she was severely dehydrated. On top of all of that she had a BIG bed sore that they refuse to let us see. If you want to hold onto your loved ones longer DO NOT send them here. If we would not have sent her out she would not be here today.
Wouldn't recommend this place. My mother was sent there after a 40 day Stay in the hospital. Very poorly taking care of. My mother was there maybe 3 wks and got a severe bed sore that they refused to let us see . Her mouth wasn't taking care over . On the 3rd week of her being there she wasn't acting right and wasn't responding the greatest. Had them send her out only to find out from the emt that her sugar was above 600 and several diehited. If we wouldn't have send her out she would be gone.
My mother has been a resident of this facility several times for rehabilitation. The staff and therapists are always friendly and helpful. My mother really enjoys her stays here and wouldn't go anywhere else.
My grandma is here and the staff is very kind and loving to her. They do well with individual care plans for each patient to ensure each person is getting the care they need.
On a recent visit, I found my father unshaven, not bathed and wearing soiled clothing. He was sitting across from the nurse's station and there were no activities going on for him to participate in. It was extremely depressing and I cried when I left him that evening. This place seems under-staffed and unattentive and in desperate need of a directed activity program.
