My experience was great, I arrived early and they still helped me before my actual appointment time.
Was timely - hardly any waiting. Staff polite helpful, and professional. Its very difficult 2 find a good vein 4 an IV as I've been I'll 4 a long time. However she did fantastic and was also gentle. The MRI specialist was patient, kind, explained things well and made sure I was as compfortable as one can be on your stomach on a hard surface . He was professional and didn't rush things,
Efficient check-in, short wait and prompt x-rays.
The woman who did my initial paperwork and she who did the bone scan were courteous and friendly. Though the waiting area was busy, there was a general calmness among those waiting. I look forward to future visits as needed by my doctor. Happy New Year!
