I was treated very nice by my tech
The woman who checked me in was welcoming and friendly. The woman who took me back and did my mammogram was considerate and calming. The radiologist who talked to me was informative and took time to explain things.
Had an ultrasound today I can't remember the gal's name but she was fantastic very nice and knowledgeable. my appointment was at 11:45 the gal checking me in was very nice very cordial, the gal doing the ultrasound was very receptive to my questions and where it hurt and was able to isolate the area and hopefully we got great pics for the Doctors to review. Staff were very welcoming, they explained everything that was going to happen during the procedure. During the procedure they walked me through what they were doing so that way I understood what was happening, they always checked on me to make sure I was comfortable, and they were very informative after of what they had found and what it meant.
Everyone is pleasant and professional here. I was in and out in under 10 minutes.
Could not text initial call on my attendance with weather related questions. I didnt want to just say yes, I would be there and then major ice, snow or even flooding issues came up.
As always @ previous spots, staff was professional, pleasant & gentle when positioning my wrist & hand for xrays. I waited a very short time-maybe 10 mins. Most excellent service in every way!
