I LIVED THERE FOR 4 YEARS. DURING THAT TIME ONE OF THE MAINTENANCE MEN BROKE A PIECE OFF MY DRYER PUTTING IT IN THE NEW(SMALLER REMODELED CLOSET). THE PROPERTY MANAGER AGREED SALEM SHOULD PAY FOR IT AND SIGNED OFF ON IT. 5 EARS LATER I'M STILL WAITING ON THAT PAYMENT. BUT YET THERE HAVE A CHARGE ON MY CREDIT REPORT TO PAY THEM FOR PAINTING THE APARTMENT ONCE I MOVED OUT WHICH HAS TO BE DONE REGARDLESS DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF YEARS I LIVED THERE. $701 IS WHAT THEY THINK I SHOULD BE PAYING THEM.
