Nice and quiet apartments. The maintenance is quick. Management is effective in getting back to you quickly with any questions/concerns and friendly. All in all we have been very pleased with the complex.
This complex was a pleasure to tour. The staff was very helpful. They answered all of my questions. The units were beautiful. I seen a landscaping crew onsite working on the yards.
Just moved in a little over a month ago and if it could go wrong it has here. Multiple issues with the unit from the start, and from speaking with the neighbors this has been an ongoing thing. Most of them are moving at the end of their leases. The corporation that owns this complex has no intention of maintaining a quality of standard. Just listing some the basic issues that we have ran into so far - roaches, spiders, plumbing issues, AC issues, and horrible flooding issues in the parking area, etc. As of today some of thes... read more
