Most the staff is reasonable and follows the rules. Sadly, there's 1 small clerical dosing nurse named Thomas who believes the rules do not apply to him. He reported me A Wall twice incorrectly out of pure negligence & also well other staff members require lock boxes he has never ever ever asked for 1 thinking he's above the rules. He's been reported to Acadia Nationally as well as their staff locally and is likely going to be fired soon. And he should be. Don't get on methadone. They "forget" to start your taper until you have to borderline harass them and they don't care if you need to wait a few days until pay day. Pay Monday or be put through withdrawals. Horrible withdrawals. Worse than heroin. Please just stock up on xanax and go cold turkey. They want your money and they don't care about getting you off methadone. They want you on it. Dope dealers just like every other methadone "clinic". Worst mistake of my life. These places need to be put out of business
AMAZING... ALL of the staff are incredible. I have been going there about 4 yrs, and I have never had a bad experience. Each of the staff are absolutely wonderful. They are truly invested in you, and your recovery. They listen and accommodate. If you feel you need an increase, or decrease on your dose. They listen and address any concerns or anything that may be bothering you. They make you feel like family. They remember each person, there story, and their situation. Staff is awesome! But the clients are rude , and the parking is a joke! Im looking for another place to go....
I was a patient here for four months while traveling for business. It is a sloppily run clinic, due to what I assume is under-funding and a general lack of care from the franchiser and management. The staff was doing their best to deal with these issues, but it creates malaise between patients and caregivers. When I was asked to give a blood sample for them, I was brought on-site to a room (primarily sourced to Quest/LabCorp) that had dried blood splatters on the chair and adjacent table.
