Anniversary dinner. Amazing food and the level of service was over and above with all staff assisting with all roles.
Being from the Northwest (Vancouver and Seattle the 2 of us ), very nice night out. Food and drinks were amazing !
Unfortunately one of our group of four had trouble with their food order twice. However management looked after us extremely well and we had a lovely evening. Food was excellent and we wouldn’t hesitate to dine here again when next in Calgary.
Mother’s day
Not a huge place, which was our preference. Very nice ambiance. My food was delicious. My husbands steak was room temperature. One of the managers stopped by to see if we were enjoying our meal and my husband mentioned about his steak. Manager was wonderful! He stated that they were having issues with food temperature that night. Offered another whole meal(which would take a while) or a credit of his dinner. Because of timing we accepted the credit. .
The staff was exceptional attentive. Our food order appeared to be neglected as it was a very busy night. The lobster mashed potatoes were hot and tasty. The maple brussel sprouts were warm and very yummy. The french fries were hot out of the fryer. However my sirloin steak was cold - not even warm - cold. As was the béarnaise sauce - stone cold. Waiter did not light candle - otherwise a good experience.
Wow! Yet again, an incredible experience! From the amazing food, the fantastic, friendly service, the attention to detail in regard to allergens, the accessibility for my wheelchair, the beautiful decor, it was all just so perfect. This was only our second time coming, yet they remembered us and we felt like VIP’s. I had the calamari and I will now dream about it because it was so good!
