The food was amazing and the service was outstanding. We were out for our Valentine’s Day celebration and we had a fabulous time at the saltlik.
Flavors were excellent, prices were reasonable for the great quality and the service was good and they were accommodating with our reservation after an unforeseen delay getting there
First time experience with this restaurant. Didn’t appreciate the 2 hr time limit. Granted it was Valentine’s Day but the kitchen was so back logged that it took 45 min to get our food after ordering. Food was good but I think my order was done first as it came out like warm and the sides were almost cold. The rest of the people at the table had no concerns with their plates thought. Saltlik is ridiculously overpriced for the quality of the food and portion sizes. It’s tasty, but they need to bring down their prices by at least 15% and when someone orders a side of gravy, they probably mean more than two tablespoons. There are so many great competitors out there, we picked this spot for ease of location. Server was excellent but we won’t be back.
Amazing place to take someone on a nice date or go out for a nice dinner with friends and family. Great hosts and service and the chef. Well let’s just say I’ve eaten a lot of steaks and have never had one that cooked or tasted as good as the the one I had there.
Went for Valentine's day with my family and got valentines special but wasn't really a special they just put together all the items separately. Food was delicious. Steak was cooked perfectly. They got a 4* because we never recieved our soup and salad and we waited a long time and got our entree first. We spent almost 400$ and expected above and beyond service but did not receive that. Place looks amazing. Atmosphere was nice. Booths looks great for a date night. Looks nice and cozy as it faced the restaurant.

Was really looking forward to having a steak at this Steakhouse. However, all the steaks are paired with only fries unless otherwise noted on the menu. Not sure I can rate this as a steak house if the standard side dish with a $40 steak is fries. Decided against the steak and ordered something else. Our order ended up being wrong and the server was quick to remedy the issue. Drinks were good. Overall I didn't feel that we got our money's worth from this visit. Food is always great at Saltlik, perfect place to bring new comers to Calgary. Great selection of wines. Perfect steaks.
