Saltlik used to be my favorite stake house when I was in town few years back, it's not the case anymore after my last 2 visits. Service is still very good and friendly but kitchen went down quite a bit in my opinion. We took four different stakes (NY strip, filet Mignon, Rib eye) and Fair was our unanimous conclusion.
Our waiter was fantastic, very pleasant and accommodating, and the table service was excellent. (For 4 diners) Unfortunately the kitchen was extra busy and 2 of the entrees were not as hot as they should be. They were sent back and reheated. The side of broccoli was also sent back as it was not even warm. Also the portion was the smallest we have ever seen as an extra side. The mohitos were very watery and lacked in flavour. Great experience! We went out for a special business lunch to celebrate our coworkers last week before leaving on maternity leave. Service was fantastic! Staff were attentive!
Our experience at Saltlik last week was great. We had a small group from work go there for lunch and we cannot praise the food or service any higher. The food was cooked perfectly despite our group ordering a steak that were rare and and steak that were well-done. We were very impressed with our server (Kayla), as she told us all the specials for the day and essentially knew the menu off by heart. Good food and great service. Amanda was our waitress and she is fantastic. Noise level was perfect for me to discuss business with my clients. Will be back for sure.

Amazing food but service needs to improve. Lot's of trainees who seemed somewhat overwhelmed.
Prices were reasonable, food was very good. All 4 of us enjoyed our meal. Service was excellent. The only thing I disliked was that all vegetables were a la carte and not inexpensive. I will chalk it up to a misunderstanding, but I wanted the regular-size vegetable sides and received the larger ones. The larger size is easily enough for 4 people, so if you are 2, order the smaller size. We just shared with our friends, so all turned out well.
