Although we always stay nearby at Marriott, we haven't been here before. Sydney was our server and was absolutely fantastic. Described accurately different dishes and sides, and smiled throughout, absolutely made our evening.

Excellent service, despite the full restaurant server were very polite and attentive to orders and requests. Appetizers served promptly and mains were hot (important for steaks) and well-presented.

We had a lovely experience at Saltlik! We dined in for the YYC EXP set menu dinner, and everything was amazing. The highlights for us were the Rigatoni pasta and the Sticky Toffee Pudding for dessert, which were flavoured perfectly. The food was delicious and the service impeccable. Don’t miss out on the buttermilk biscuits. They were divine as was everything that followed. Our server Francine was super lovely, professional and efficient. Her attention to all our needs without imposing elevated our experience. Management came by several times to check on us and to insure we were happy with everything. What a great pre theatre experience this was. We will return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Saltlik. My wife’s salmon with Green Goddess dressing was “the best ever”. My braised beef (with duck fat fries) was excellent as well. Highly recommended!
