when i made the reservation i requested a nice table as we were there for a birthday. we were seated at a beautiful table right by the fire place! we were very pleased that they listened to the reqest as i only made the reservation earlier that day. our server was fantastic! he was polite, attentive and seemed to handle my mothers difficult requests very well. he made sure we were taken care of throughout our meal. i mentioned we had theater tickets and he esured me we would be out on time which we were! he also made the bir... read more

A colleague and I met for lunch and the food was fresh and tasty, the wine excellent and the service staff outstanding - quick to take our order, witty and very enjoyable.
I went with my husband and my parents for a good steak dinner. My mom and I enjoyed are plates very much. My husband and father both ordered the strip loin and received the prime rib instead. The waitress didnt apologize for her mistake, although she admitted that she took down the wrong.The waitress seemed way out of her depth and was relieved when they told her they would eat was served to them as we had already waited over half an hour for our meals to arrive. I love restaurants that get the whole business lunch concept. We're limited by time and need to have meals ordered and at the table in a relatively short amount of time. Salt link is well located and did exactly that. My steak was excellent and the food arrived quickly with few disruptions. I would recommend it for lunch but can't say anything about dinner.
Service was a tad slow and it was only a Tuesday. To be fair, our server was new to the job but we went through about 3 from the time of arrival and I think they forgot about us. It took at least 20 minutes to receive the second glass of wine that we asked for and we asked 2 different servers.
