Customer Service is what stands out about Saltlik ... always a friendly face and the right level of service - inclouding knowing when to step back as conversations are mid-stream - thanks!
As always the food at the Saltlik didn't disappoint. It was a great lunch with my work group to celebrate an accomplishment. I will continue to recommend the Saltlik to anyone looking for a good steak house.
The food is of a very high quality. The kobe beef spaghetti and meatballs consistently amaze my wife. The parmesan encrusted halibut has a very clean, fresh taste. The sticky toffee cake / pudding was a great finish. Sean was everything you could want in a server: fast, efficient, friendly.

The food was above average, but not the best I've had in Calgary. Considering it's location and ambiance it made for a good night out with colleagues from work. Services was decent too. Was impressed our server knew the details of how the main dishes were cooked and with what spices & ingredients. Made it easy to customize to our particular tastes.
I am a big fan of the restaurant, steaks are the best in the city. On this visit my date ordered a classic martini and the server fumbled the request, just didn't seem to know what Saltlik offerred. We eventually did get the correct drink but more work than I needed. Throughout our visit she seemed a little lost, not what I am used to here. Regardless I will be back, love the place, great steaks and food (excellent calamari).
Great restaurant! The steak ordered was cooked perfectly and the service was top notch. Highly recommend!
