Ordered a glass of Aussy sir and it was served cold in a cold glass. Then orders a sirloin, med rare and it was so full of sinew I couldn't finish it. Overall a disappointing experience.

Restaurant is nice inside - great ambience. Great potential for a relaxing night out with someone special. Unfortunately that was about the only major highlight. Service was friendly but extremely slow. Not paced right from receiving our drinks to when the food arrived to when we were able to pay. Service was very slow and disjointed. When orders were taken I was advised there were out of Caesar salad only for them to return to the table 10 minutes later to inform me they had found the Caesar salad. One guests lunch came 15 before my lunch. Half way through the meal I asked for the cheque anticipating slow service and I was correct- it came about 15 minutes after we were done. Very poor service

This restaurant came highly recommended by several people in town, but unfortunately my experience was awful. I ordered a medium-rare steak and it arrived blue. When I asked about the sauces being cold, the server appeared mortified and was extremely rude, which left us wondering what we had done wrong. Overall, it was not worth the money, and I won’t be returning.

Horrible service, received the wrong drink order, told server we were in a rush but they never once came back to check on the food (which was sub par, disgusting withered green beans) and had to physically go walk up to ask for the bill and we were late for our theatre performance. Will never go back
The server was very friendly and seemed eager to upsell various items. However, there were some issues with our order: the server mentioned that a dish would come with asparagus, but it actually arrived with green beans, which is never our go to. We also requested peppercorn gravy, but instead received extra mushrooms. The server assured us that if we didn’t like the extras, it would be removed from the bill. Both our steaks were overcooked, which is not what you expect from an upscale steak house.

I visited this establishment last time I was in Calgary and had a really delicious steak. This time my steak was tough and fatty. I ordered the sirloin 7 ounce. I had very delicious wok calamari for an appetizer and my colleague had short ribs which was juicy and tasty. Disappointed. 😞

Everything started well as we were greeted by a friendly and enthusiastic staff. We were celebrating a wedding anniversary which the staff acknowledged kindly with glasses of champagne and roses for the table. The food was good but not great considering the prices.
