The short rib was very disappointing the size of it was so small it was literally a few bites not too mention it was mostly just fat. I would say this was my most disappointing experience here for the food

Food was fantastic! Unfortunately, the bar area and seating was cold, crowded and extremely loud. Would have preferred a table in the restaurant and that might have made the dinner ambience more enjoyable.

The food was good but the service was poor. It took 1/2 to 45 min after the appetizer before the main meals were ready.

The food and ambience at Saltlik is top notch. Amazing chefs for sure. I was dissapointed, however, with the service. I felt very rushed to order despite asking our server to come back, she returned very quickly and I was not ready but she pressed for our order. It was also a very big birthday and while the host acknowledged that, the server did not. This place has gone downhill. Dinner tables with chips in the wood; torn menus; dated carpet. The menu is a complete oversell. I ordered my sirloin medium rare Chicago, and it came out the opposite. Server forgot our drink order. Very average experience

Steak was not cooked as I requested. Waitress could not have cared less.
Overpriced. Food was super salty (calamari and vegetables with the steak were so salty we couldn’t eat them). When we commented on how salty the calamari was and ordered a salad instead they charged us for both. Steak in contrast was under seasoned. Never again. Will do the Keg instead in future. Not trendy or fancy but at least the food is reliable, cheaper and the service is always on point.

Went into Saltlik for the first time after living here for many years. I’ve always seen amazing reviews and wanted to try it forever. I had some family in town so we decided to go. The drinks were good to start and the calamari was really tasty. The main meals however missed the mark. The sides I will say were good with nice flavor but the steaks were honestly terrible. 3 of us all had diff cuts and they were all very chewy and tough. We ordered 3 steaks but when the steaks arrived two were mixed up. They did replace those two steaks with new steaks but by the time the steaks came back, veggies were were all cold and our third friend whose steak was good was all finished with his food. We were very disappointed by the service and this mix up. There was no compensation given by the restaurant. None of the staff came to apologize except for server. Very disappointed.
