Usually great service and food there but last night we waited over an hour to order our dinner. Server dropped our appies off and never came back.

NY steak tasted like a frozen grocery store steak. Filet came out super rare. Waitress offered to re cook the rare steak . NY was probably one of the worst pieces of meat I have ever had , made it through a third of it. We decided to try salt like since our go to (Modern steak) was closed. Needless to say we will never be back

The appetizers were great, but our waitress never came to take our dinner order. We were there 1.5 hours and by the time she came around we had to leave (pick up kids, also it was about to rain). Only 4 tables so wasn't too busy. I'm sure the food is good, would have been nice to try it! We settled for A&W on the way home.

Open Table stated standard seating in our reso, buy we were put outside in the snow, under a leaky tent. We were told the special tomahawk steak was 125.00, but it was 147.00 on our bill. Also, there was a charge for an 8.00 coffee shot that we didn't have. Just overall, not good. Our server was funny though, so that helps.

My best friend and I went out to dinner recently. My steak was overcooked and her drinks were made incorrectly twice in a row. Our server was friendly but it took quite a while for her to come back to our table which left us waiting without drinks for a fair amount of time. It was our first night out in a year due to covid and we were so excited but this was disappointing.

The service was extremely slow, the entire table ordered a medium rare steak and was given a rare steak we went our food back to the kitchen and it took about 20 minutes to get our meal back. In the waiting process only 2 out of the 3 people were given something to snack on. When we asked the waitress to get a 3rd snack she said it was coming and never did we receive the 3rd.

We had heard fantastic things regarding this restaurant and thought to visit as we were staying at the palliser downtown, disappointed with service (trying to take out plates before we were even remotely finished) food was mediocre at best especially for the price point. Unfortunately we will not be returning.
