The hostesses were very friendly and welcoming upon our arrival. We were quickly seated. James was our primary server, and he was very friendly, professional, and accommodating to all our requests and questions. Had a great birthday dinner! Service and food were excellent!!
We were visiting from Denver and wanted a quintessential Alberta steak house experience. We got it! There were plenty of hoped for options on the menu and good choices for me (a pescatarian) and my partner (an omnivore). Everything was delicious, carefully prepared, and beautifully presented. We have been there numerous pre-theatre before and have enjoyed it each time. This time around we were seated as the last table near the back so not in the ambience. We were late for our reservation by 10 mins but we called and said that, but they did not hold my table in the fireplace area which I always request. The food was all brought essentially simultaneously which a) made no sense, b) left no room on the table, and c) the onion soup (which was excellent) was brought first and the calamari was brought last. ??? Service was very attentive and pleasant. The steaks were beautiful, great cocktails.
The dining room was incredibly busy. The hostess and waitress didnt even pick up that this was an annniversary dinner (which had been volunteered at reservation). Godd cooking and serving but not sure we'll be back
The evening was great, the food was good but they were over booked. We had to ask where our server was in order to get water and a drink. The noise level was over the top. Food was great though.
Our service was phenomenal, Shaunna was sensational. Appies we’re great, main was ok , I expected the meat to be better, a little mixup with my meat being in the wrong plate and vice versa but other than that it was great!
Waiter was rushing us. We came to spend time and socialize. Not to slam down food. He needs to relax and give people time.
