We drove an 1hr away didn't know this store was here. Great music store with a nice variety of musical equipment new and used. Very helpful staff and everything is on to sample big +. Great acoustic rooms.I would love to see a show in there back stage great little room!
Sam Ash is one of my favorite store and that has been true for the last 20 years. Everyone is very knowledgeable, personable and helped me get the best possible deal. Went over to guitar center and felt the complete opposite.
Went to buy a drumset, I heard they have a going out of business sale. So the sale is 5% off, which is Sam Ash prices which means your still paying way too much. Top it all off, the main drum sales rep was about as unwelcoming as you can be and an overall trash human. I had the cash in my pocket and I didn't want to pay the premium for a new set when this one is on the floor and beat up. Had my kid with me too. It's really a shame that this Family owned store is going out of business!! The customer service at Sam Ash Music is unparalleled. The Cherry Hill NJ location is the best!! Thanks to the guys in the audio and musical instruments department!!
I went all the way from NE Philly as this gadget I was looking for was readily available only in this location on Sunday 24th March. It was just a headphones amp. Easy to find the location. Well arranged store. Easy to search things. The young man at the counter was really helpful and pleasant. Thank you. I protest as well in SamAshs decision to close down 18 locations including the one in Franklin Mills PA.
