I bought a new Telecaster about 6 months ago over the internet. My first Fender ever and really like it. But there were several places where the strings rattled on the frets. Took it to John at Sam Ash to be "professionally set up." I'm really impressed with how it plays and sounds now. I had now idea a new guitar from the factory could be improved on so much. Worth every penny it costs to have the work done.

I like the store. I wish your acoustic guitar strings prices were better. I found better prices else where I won't mention your other big competitor.

Excellent selection of guitars both used and new, electric and acoustic. I had originally already bought a fender American strat in gun metal with a rosewood fret board and cream pick guard from guitar center. I on a whim said let me check out what Sam ash has and was lucky enough to meet and be helped by a salesman named perri and explained how even though I liked the fender I picked out I wasn't in love with it and explained what type of Gibson les Paul I was actually looking for down to the color and how I wanted it witho... read more
