I originally order a guitar from Sam Ash on ebay. They sent me the wrong one, which I was pretty livid about. So I went to their website because they aren't great at replying on ebay. I didn't feel anyway. Went with daughter to try out and purchase a Meyer saxophone mouthpiece. Staff were helpful and gave us the practice room to work in. They weren't overattentive but I think that's a good thing. If they have a customer in front of you when you want to pay there isn't really anyone else to take your business but that is balanced by the fact that the people are knowledgeable about what they sell and easy to deal with. I wish they had bigger selections on woodwind stuff but I've never had a bad experience here.
