My son got a new guitar for Christmas and it needed some new strings and tuning. We went in and saw Anthony (Antek the guitar tech) and he got it done very quick for us. He also went above and beyond to help us find a new hard case for the guitar. Taking the time to explain all of the features of each one for us. He was very kind and patient with us and answered all of our questions. We will definitely be back to see him for all of the guitar’s needs and maybe even some lessons!! Thank you Anthony!!!

Love the store. Historic building. I actually came in to get some guitar maintenance, and they had a really cool Guitar technician in the back named Anthony marra (I think he goes by “Antek” now). I wanted my guitar set to a lower tuning, with thicker strings, so I could play heavier music, and I ended up learning a lot more than I thought I would. Great guitar technician. Anthony (Antek) fixed up a couple of my guitars, and acoustic Martin. My Rickenbacker bass. And An Ibanez electric baritone. He’s got a cool office where you can hang and chat if you’d like, and the best part is, he always puts the guitar in my hand before I leave the store to make sure it’s up to my standards. I was just in this store Sunday and needed a part, one that had badly inconvenienced the staff at guitar center, so I walked out of there and went to Sam Ash. The guy in the guitar section was super helpful and easy to work with and found what I needed quickly. I should’ve just driven a few minutes more and came to Sam Ash to begin with and avoided the guitar center headache…

My son’s guitar needed a new string - Rockford replaced the string and tuned the guitar while we waited. We loved the store and the staff ! Rock on and we’ll be back.
