Jerry Bertch (Trip) was great in helping me select an acoustic guitar at the Tampa store. After very willingly bringing out several guitars from the stockroom to compare I selected the Yamaha FG800, case and stand. As a former professional keyboard player it was time to get back to playing my favorite songs on the 6 string. Jerry made the experience very satisfying with his friendliness and competence.
I had an outstanding experience with a young man named DJ, who was not only kind and knowledgable but was able to patiently explain all the benefits of my purchase, was helpful in providing alternative products to fit my needs and guide me through the process of registration since technology and me are not the best of friends. Wyatt welcomed me almost immediately upon me entering the store and stuck with me through the whole exploration process. He was accommodating and did the research necessary for me to get the Roland Juno DS shipped to me, since it wasn't in-store and I received the unit as expected with no issues.
