The sales rep, Christopher, listened to what I was asking for and was positive, polite, informative, and helpful to make the entire buying experience the thrill and excitement buying new equipment should be. After being to several other shops for similar gear, this was over and above the best customer service experience.
The staff that I worked with was excellent. He greeted me right when I came in. He was very knowledgeable about the products and pricing. I like buying from other musicians. The price was good and he told me about the price match guarantee so I could be confident about my purchase.

Came in close to closing time, had a few things I needed. In spite of less staff due to closing time, someone attended to me almost immediately. Great place to shop. Support local retailers!!!
